Amplicon achieves gold membership status in The 5% Club

Amplicon is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, that is why we are proud to announce the achievement of The 5% Club Gold membership. This certification means that at least 5% of the Amplicon workforce are graduates, apprentices and interns, bringing fresh perspectives, cutting-edge knowledge, and a youthful dynamism to our teams.

Established in 2013, The 5% Club is a UK charity led by employers. They work with UK employers and influential figures to inspire, educate, and support a growing number of individuals to participate in 'earn and learn' opportunities.

Amplicon believes in investing in the future, and by actively recruiting and supporting these groups, we contribute to shaping the next generation of leaders in the technology sector.

For over 50 years, Amplicon has collaborated with educational institutions, offering internships and apprenticeships to students, many of whom are from Bournemouth University.
