Amplicon achieves prestigious IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification
Amplicon is proud to announce that we have strengthened our engineering capabilities with the attainment of the IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification—the industry’s only consensus standard for cable and wire harness fabrication and installation.
This globally recognised certification is a key milestone for Amplicon and an important reassurance to our customers of our unwavering commitment to the highest levels of quality, reliability, and compliance.
The certification was successfully achieved by two of our valued team members, Mechanical Engineer Josh Linward and Manufacturing/Production Leading Hand Kevin Hall. Their achievement not only reflects individual dedication but also enhances Amplicon’s overall technical proficiency—particularly in the precision assembly of test cabinets, a critical area of our engineering services business. These cabinets rely on flawless cable and harness work, and our customers can now be even more confident that we meet—and exceed—international standards.
This certification marks a strategic enhancement to our service offering, ensuring we continue to deliver superior, standards-compliant products that meet the exacting demands of industries where performance and reliability are paramount.
Adding to the story is the remarkable generational breadth of our newly certified team. Josh, in his 20s, brings fresh insight and forward-thinking energy, while Kevin, in his 60s, contributes decades of hands-on expertise. Together, they represent the power of intergenerational collaboration and our commitment to continuous improvement across all levels of the business.
At Amplicon, quality is not just a promise—it’s a certified standard.
