Amplicon raises £5000 again for local charities!

In 2023-2024, Team Amplicon has continued to raise money for various local charities. Among their many fundraising initiatives, Amplicon supported East Sussex WRAS, Know Dementia (West Sussex, Brighton & Hove), and Martlets.

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of Team Amplicon, an outstanding £5,000 has been raised through our charity box scheme, and this has been split between the three amazing organisations.

Thanks to the dedication and hard work of Team Amplicon, an impressive £5,000 has been raised through our charity box scheme. This substantial amount has been distributed among the three deserving organisations, enabling them to continue their vital work in the community.

For every £10,000 order booked, our Sales Engineers receive a £10 token. They can choose to donate this token to any of the three annually selected charity boxes.

Over the past nine years, this initiative has remained one of the primary ways for Amplicon to support the local community. During this period, Amplicon has successfully raised over £38,000.

Amplicon is committed to maintaining their fundraising efforts by extending support to three more charities in the coming year: RISE freedom from abuse & violence, FareShare Sussex & Surrey, and Martlets.

Trevor Weeks, Founder & Operations Director at WRAS said: “Support from local companies like Amplicon is very humbling and appreciated.  Their generosity contributes to our ongoing community efforts in aiding individuals who come across sick, injured, orphaned, or trapped wildlife. In addition to offering guidance and information, we also operate a fleet of veterinary ambulances to handle risky species or perilous scenarios, ensuring the safety of the public. More than 50% of the wildlife casualties we encounter are of concern for conservation, and our goal is to alleviate suffering and rehabilitate wildlife for their return to their natural habitat.”
