Amplicon sponsors Team #347 IDK Racing at British Scooter Endurance Club Race
On Saturday 11th September Amplicon proudly sponsored IDK Endurance Racing at the British Scooter Endurance Club.
Located at the Teesside Autodrome in Middlesbrough, the event was a six hour trial, with racers riding classic geared scooters and dashing across a 1250m track, with the end goal being to complete as many laps as possible within a set time frame!
Team IDK Racing, with the help of Amplicon, raced a 200cc 1982 Lambretta in the Club Class. The team finished at an amazing first in their class, and at an outstanding 8th overall out of 37 teams.
Amplicon would like to offer a big congratulations to the riders, David ‘Henry’ Smith, Richard ‘Mungo’ Munn, Joe ‘Lamp Oil’ and Russellee Browne and the support team and pit crew Alison Bowen, Lorraine Munn, Deb Greening and Mandy Browne for their exceptional performance and efforts for the race!
