The Moxa MGate 4101-MB-PBS gateway provides a communication portal between PROFIBUS PLCs (such as the Siemens S400 and S300) and Modbus RTU/ASCII devices. They have been designed to be extremely easy to use; with the QuickLink feature, I/O mapping can be accomplished within a matter of minutes.
The Moxa MGate 4101-MB-PBS gateway is designed for use in industrial environments, all models have dual-redundant DC power inputs and have relay outputs for fault alarms, they are also protected with a rugged metallic casing, are DIN-rail mountable and offer optional built-in optical isolation on the PROFIBUS interface.
