NI (National Instruments) CompactDAQ cDAQ-917x series chassis feature USB connectivity and come in multiple slot counts to provide the right amount of I/O for various applications. You can use a combination of C Series I/O modules to create a mix of analog I/O, digital I/O, and counter/timer measurements.
The NI CompactDAQ chassis also controls the timing, synchronisation, and data transfer between NI C Series I/O modules and an external host.
