Our customer, a leading provider to the railway, required a compact and rugged system to monitor point track circuits and ensure the safety of the train. In addition, this PC would need to be mounted on the lid of an IP rated enclosure so it could be easily maintained.

Amplicon designed a purpose-built solution delivering a solid-state design, wide operating temperature, rich I/O in a compact system. The unit was tested by our engineering team and approved to EN50121-4.

All of the PC’s supplied for this project were designed and built in the UK with a 5 year warranty. Amplicon Embedded PC’s are built to last, even in the harshest of environments!
